You know what you should be doing...that's not the problem.
You're in back-to-back meetings until 4pm. You get home. Your partner and family need you. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you realise you've been running on adrenaline since 7am, and you have no idea how to come down.
So you pour a glass of wine, scroll, or push through the evening on willpower until you get to bed. And then you're lying there, wired, replaying the day, wondering why you can't sleep despite being this tired.
Or perhaps it's that you love the work you do, its is genuinely stimulating. But there's a creeping awareness that the pace you're running at isn't sustainable, and you can feel yourself starting to fray at the edges.
You've downloaded the apps. You know you should meditate, move more, eat better. The problem isn't information.

Over 3 months, you'll develop a practice. Not a routine you follow until you fall off it, but a genuine skill and the ability to regulate your own state, recover from demand, and move through pressure without it accumulating in your body the way it currently does.
